The house is very close to the Paseo Marítimo, the Porto Pi Center and Génova. It only takes 8 minutes by car to Puerto Portals and Bendinat, some of the liveliest places in Mallorca.  Some 300m there is a grocery store with local vegetables and ecological products and a Pharmacy.

Just 1.5 km away, around a 20-minute walk, you will find the Fundació Miró Mallorca, where you can discover some of the most remarkable works of the renowned Catalan artist.

At 2 km away — approximately a 30-minute walk or just 5 minutes by car — lies the beautiful Cala Major Beach, known for its relaxed surfer atmosphere, charming beach bars, and lively chiringuitos.

Only 500 metres from the property, there is also a convenient bus stop with direct connections to both Palma city centre and the beach.
