Can Nelma is a comfortable villa on two floors a few minutes drive from Cala Nova beach, Illetes, Cala Mayor, immersed in the charm of Génova district, at the back of Palma downtown. It features huge terrace with breath-taking sea-view, a game room with pool and incredible indoor swimming-pool. It accomodates up to 10 persons, two more can be accomodated on an extra double bed in an extra utility room linked to the main house by a passage through the garage.

Can Nelma is a comfortable villa on two floors a few minutes drive from Cala Nova beach, Illetes, Cala Mayor, immersed in the charm of Génova neighborhood, at the back of Palma downtown, some 3 kilometres. It has long been known for its restaurants serving mallorquin food. If you reach the top of Génova you can enjoy spectacular views over Palma and the Sierra de Na Burguesa. Another interesting attraction are the caves that lie to 36 meters below sea level. For a typical dinner you can count on the amazing range of restaurants that can be reached by walking through the residential streets of the village.
